WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Time frame varies depending on the volume of work are shop has at your time of order. Typically the fluctuate between 3-4 weeks. Please contact us for a more accurate estimate
HOW DO I SHIP?
You must ship with a Fedex or UPS. DO NOT USE United States Postal Service (USPS). You can ship directly to us as we are an FFL. We ship directly back to you. All Local and Federal laws apply.

WHAT DO I INCLUDE WITH MY SHIPMENT?

3. Pack your Your Unloaded pistol Securely in a box
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No refunds and all work is final.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Yes. We offer 10% off services for active military and law enforcement personnel. In order to receive a discount you must send us an email with a copy of your law enforcement/military ID. Once we have verified the documents we will send you a discount code.
DO YOU WORK ON FRAMES THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY MODIFIED
Sometimes. Please email or message us with pictures and we will let you know if your frame can be saved
